Skip the processed chips and serve these delicious ones at your next summer party! This baked, crispy and delicious snack will fulfill of your salty and crunch cravings.
What you’ll need:
- 25 baby potatoes or 3 red potatoes (Take off the skin of the big potatoes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375.
First, slice potatoes to 1/8 of an inch thick. Most people would recommend using a mandolin but I say hey, slice it by hand and if you’re close enough, that works. If they aren’t all even, don’t worry, just say they’re “rustic.” Slice and mix with oil salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet so it is one layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes for baby and 15-20 for red and then let cool on paper towels. I like mine more well done so I baked the baby ones for 15 minutes. Serve warm, serve tomorrow dip ’em in ketchup, or eat them with onion dip. Whatever you do, enjoy!
