So I’m not a really picky eater. I HATE grape candy, and sometimes I hate tomato sauce. Luckily, I can make one of them exactly how I like it! This basic tomato sauce is a smooth, not-so-sweet, classic sauce that can be used on almost anything!
What you’ll need:
- 24 oz jar canned, peeled, whole tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 of a white onion
- 1 tbsp Rosa Blanca, Knorr Swiss, Chicken Bouillon, Whatever you call it
- 1 dash Worcestershire
- 1 dash Maggi (or soy sauce)
So now it’s stupidly simply. Add your onion, garlic, and tomatoes to a blender. Blend until everything is smooth – mine took about 10 seconds.
Once it’s nice and smooth, add to a pot and warm it up. Once it starts to bubble add the rest of the ingredients and stir it all up. You want to do this when the sauce is hot so it mixes well. Once it’s mixed, you’re done! Put it straight on some pasta or freeze it for a dish next month! ….or in our pasta next week! Enjoy this super simple, easy, classic sauce!
