Corinne’s Nanny’s Cheese Pasta

Hello everyone. Today’s post is dedicated to all the Bachelor fans out there. If you’re anything like me, you can’t stand Corinne, but you’re also obsessed with her because of the drama she causes. Here are some of my favorite examples: ms-IZS2bm.gif

This week when she brought up her nanny Raquel  and the cheese pasta that Corinne is incapable of making herself, I was intrigued. Whats in this pasta? Is this pasta really that good?

Well yesterday a higher power (probably the producers of the show) answered my prayers and gave us this Us Weekly article with Raquel’s cheese pasta at the end. ms-8km1qz

So, I’m gonna try out Raquel’s cheese pasta so you don’t have to. (Don’t forget, add Corinne’s famous sliced cucumbers and veggies to make it a meal!)

Word for word, here is the recipe:

1. Boil pasta for 10 minutes (add some salt to water).

2. Strain out all water.

3. Add pasta back to pot, keeping it on low heat.

4. Add a lot of shredded cheese.

5. Mix until all the cheese melts.

Side note: no salt with cheese.

Now…here are the pictures of all the steps just to show I did exactly what the recipe said.

I’m gonna be honest, this pasta was okay. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what Corinne made it out to be. Maybe that’s because there’s no actual measurements, or because there’s no butter or added pasta water to keep it from being dry. My question is why the hell can’t Corinne make this herself? Its so easy I’d trust an 8 year old to do it.  But, when all is said and done, any form of carbs and cheese that isnt bad is good. So shout out to Corinne, Raquel, and The Bachelor for blessing us with the recipe and endless hours of shitty, yet great, tv. ms-7xT0ta.gif
